*Notes: After the completion of bank remittance, please contact and inform our customer service staff of your remittance, remitting bank and remittance time, so that we can process your order in the first time and deliver the product in time. In case that our company fails to receive the remittance within 36 hours after an order is placed, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Currently, bank remittance, a relatively efficient, fast payment method, is generally real-time in case of non-interbank transfers, as the case may be for each bank. It takes about 1 to 3 working days for the remittance to be credited to the account in case of off-site inter-bank transfers, during which interchange fees to be charged will vary. Payment can be made by means of bank counters, ATMs and online transfer. The customer, who selects bank remittance for payment, is advised to complete the remittance at a bank counter as soon as possible after an order is placed. In case that our company fails to receive the remittance within 36 hours after an order is placed, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system. Please make sure that you have gone through, understood and accepted all of this agreement before your confirmation, as your selection of this service means you agree to comply with all the terms of the agreement.
- After clicking "Confirm Payment", please do not close the newly opened page, or else the payment will not be completed.
- For the fact that the payment has been deducted from your card, but the procurement of the product fails due to the bank's failure to transmit the payment information in time, we would be very sorry. Please be assured, however, as we will conduct a reconsolidation with the bank on the next working day to confirm the deduction has been made, so that we can help you immediately finish the purchase, if possible, or else the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account accordingly.

What is the possible cause if the opened payment page says "This page cannot be displayed" or shows a blank page?
- The IE browser isn't updated, so that the encryption level is too low, thus failing to access the banking system.
- The internet environment or access is possibly limited by the network service provider, in which case, it is recommended to use a different internet access method.
- Try to refresh the page; if refreshing the page does not help, the problem may arise from browser cache settings. Please clear temporary files by clicking the IE menu -> Tools -> Internet Options -> click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files".
- What is the solution to the failure to open the banking page?
- The IE browser isn't updated, so that the encryption level is too low, thus failing to access the banking system.
- In case of a PC, please turn off your firewall and try again.
- In IE browser's Tools menu -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security, check the boxes for SSL2.0 and SSL3.0.
- Check if the 128-bit key length is supported (IE->Help->About Internet Explorer), if not, please upgrade key packs.
- Please add the bank's web address to trusted sites by the method below: Open IE->Tools->Internet Options->Security->Trusted Sites->Site->Add the website of E Pay (formerly NetEase Pay) and of the bank before restarting IE and logging into the website for related operations.
- Why would transaction payment fail?
- Given that the notification information returned by the bank is later than the timeout period for this transaction, the transaction has been closed, but please be assured that the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account accordingly, so long as we receive the notice from the bank.
- It may be caused by double payments (the transaction shows a paid status) for one transaction, but please be assured that the amount paid at the second time will be returned to your payment account accordingly.
